The level was going to be completely different but after ten minuites of editing and deciding to test what i have so far resulted in a simple level that took me an hour to do by myself XD. Dont be dicouraged its a simple design but really complex for me anyways on how to place portals.

Hints
The two rooms on the right and left have there own acctivation which acctivates a gel in the back room (Blue gel in the left room) - (orange gel in the right room) also the blue gel is important in getting the orange gel and getting through rooms. the blue can be put in the dark tunnels to jump up so you dont have to portal up <---- important tip. Even with these tips a may still be take some time but still fun to do!
