Sane Sieges 1.5.2

This mod makes a few tiny changes to make the outcome of assaults and sieges more sane. Its a continuation of the same mod for version 1.5.2 and future versions of the game.

- Maxium Siege Progress increased to 78%.
- Combat Width for Sieges increased from 3 to 4.
- Max Breaches set to 4.
- Defenders now take 20% damage instead of 10%.

Compatibility: Overrides 00_defines, but nothing else.
