demo's animation is frozen sadly

when i do it on scout it works but not on demoman

i added it to my model but its frozen

Because it sends the root transform the the center of the map, you have to move that to the spot you want it.

The model dissapears when open I the animation

To add the animation to the model you've chosen, you have to right click on the model in the Animation Set Editor and click Import, then click on Animations. I think by default you should be in the animations folder from the ones you have recently downloaded, search through the animations and find distraction_(class).dmx click that and open it up, (you may have to trim the clip or pull out the clip to find it, depending how far into your creation you got.)
