Global Mobilization Respawn Backpacks

Description
Respawn Backpacks using Global Mobilization assets.

Utilize the Arma 3 Respawn Backpack system using GM assets.
Backpacks can be found in the VA and Eden Editor under Equipment.

A corresponding backpack for each GM faction.
The backpack will spawn a stretcher as a respawn point.

Server key included.

@Valmont, yeah man, vanilla respawn packs are already in the base game.
