Description
Unfortunately, we are still unable to track down Dr. Samson, however, we did manage to find evidence from his home connected to a "Harbor Hotel" in downtown. Files here states that he would use this hotel to make dirty deals, and even giving haven to unsavory individuals. Good Luck out there. -LP

So, in part 4 it mentions that you kill an informant. So, is the informant supposed to be like a dude working for the criminals? Cause it doesn't make sense that we kill someone who helps us.
