I haven't uploaded a map in a while, so I probably made a mistake somewhere,
If you have any issues, or cannot find the map, leave a comment telling me what happened.

The Map Description in-game explains the rules which must be set to make this map play out the way it was intended:

HOW TO PLAY IN MULTIPLAYER:
The MOD ?should? download in this directory:
\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\MODS

All players need to move the map to this directory:
\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\Maps

Then you can play the map in multiplayer.
