Description
Sets tooltip delay to zero.
Sadly not ironman compatible
(because Paradox placed this UI element in a gameplay-related folder for reasons unknown.)

Do you find the one-second tooltip delay as irritating as I do? Do you wanna find out how many days your equipment takes to fill? Do you dislike your text jumping 2 meters upwards when trying to read your unit stats in division designer?

Then this mod is for you.

Wow, those are kind words that I don't get to read every day. Thank you! Maybe you might find one of my other QoL mods helpful as well, like for example "Popups dont appear centered", or "Newspaper sound not annoying", or "Minifixes". Or you might go full Rikai and get yourself ActionHOI Light, which is currently the pinnacle of my modding.

I must thank you wholeheartedly, sir, for the grace you have bestowed upon the HOI4 community. As long as Instant Tooltips remains on the Workshop, there can be no greater amenity---no greater QOL improvement. I am one of the lucky few thousand people who have encountered this magnificent mod. I have been subscribed to this mod for years and, upon revisiting this page, I realized that I have never shown my unparalleled gratitude. You, sir, are my personal hero.
