The idea of this was to fit the *EDEN PROJECT* Rule to spawn all HV, SV, CV's on PADS. We needed something rather large because we all love rather large CV's. We used concrete to help keep cost down. There is also space for UPGRADES.

Will need to UPGRADE CPU to add T2 repair bay or a Teleporter. OR strip some of the constructors. T4 Version is still in works but it will have MORE.
