US HQ Real Radio Chatter Replacement

THIS ONLY REPLACES AMERICAN HQ VOICE! There aren't very many youtube videos of WW2 radio chatter. This was the best I could find, so I extracted some bits and randomized it. It wouldn't be following actual military radio conduct for most of the audio files, but in my opinion sounds a lot nicer than the default HQ callouts like "ITS COMING!"

Always snd_restart first before messing around with files. If snd_restart doesn't work, follow the directory and steps below:

Go to...
Steam/steamapps/workshop/content/447820/...
locate a numbered file with the contents "HQ.vpk"
(this is because the number will be different depending on how many mods are installed for DOI on your computer)

Copy HQ.vpk (DON'T DELETE) from that folder and go to...
Steam/steamapps/common/dayofinfamy/doi/custom
(IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CUSTOM FOLDER, CREATE ONE.)

Paste it there, and it should work.
