The Canterbury Fuel Tanker

Remember the Cant! Not exactly the ship of it's namesake but a decent little tanker nonetheless. This is a late-research heavy tanker capable of being spawned in a small dock. It features:
- 37000L of cargo space in two separate tanks
- Powerful toggle-able tank balancing feature to make sure they stay the same level
- Fore and aft ballast tanks for balance while empty
- 3300L running tank with the ability to feed from the cargo tanks
- Top speed of 33 knots
- Dedicated in/out pump station at the bow
- Powerless in/out ports along the tank tops
- Bow and deck control panels for the tanks
- Port and starboard winches for fueling of other vessels at sea
- Survivors compartment below the cabin with emergency radio and draining system
- Radio and display screen in the cabin
- Scuba and diving gear
- Decorative ropes :)
- Fully functional bow anchor, controlled from the cabin
- 4 medium engines on an automatic 'run' key button
- Rescue hatch on the top of the cabin
- Emergency beacon accessible from cabin or survivors hatch
- Working megaphone
- Working radio and huge antennae
- Solar panels for passive charging
- Idle RPS throttle for idle power generation
- Heaters for northern trips
- Running, deck, cabin, and bow lights
- Reverse gear with camera and spotlight
- Fluid, electric, and small connector below the bow for towing
- Independent emergency battery
