Chaotic Burst

Description
Slightly buffs the 20mm cannon,
Adds a NEW weapon (that´s right, I´m starting to surpass my need to use existing guns, kinda :DDDD)
That weapon is the Chaotic burst.
It shoots out 420 20mm shells in every direction, so you need to build a barrel out of energy shields to use it without killing you and your teammates :D

It's going to be "FTD2" wich is a sequel to "FTD1", my latest mod. It's basically tower defense, but in forts.

could you maybe integrate that, when the fortships mod is enabled, this weapon takes about 5 minutes to build and a percentage amount of total available reccources?

Oh by the way, i was planning to get into modding Forts and you know wuite a bit, judging by the amount of mods you made (i love the chainsaw rockets btw). And i was wondering if you could help me with that.
