Slow Down Gravity Physics

Description
This mod slows down gravity effect on fluid blocks.
Talking about sand, magma, cryoplasm.

Boosts performance a little.
By default it slows ticks down 20x

You can configure the power of slow in SlowDown.txt file:
*Steam Location*\Steam\SteamApps\workshop\content\254200\2200513625\SlowDown.txt
