Description
Adds Philippines led by Manuel Quezon to the game. Replaces the city-state of Manila with Taipei.

UNIQUE ABILITY: THE GOOD FIGHT
  • Gain Population in your first three Cities when a declared friend goes to war.
  • Foreign Units within the limits of an owned City yield Science while at peace, or Unit Production while at war.

UNIQUE UNIT: P-26
  • Replaces the Triplane.
  • Cheaper but weaker.
  • Does not require Oil.
  • Yields Great General points when promoted.

UNIQUE BUILDING: GABALDON SCHOOL
  • Replaces the Public School.
  • Yields +1 Science while researching a Technology already known by a declared friend.
  • While at war, newly-trained Units in this city receive the Woodsman promotion.

Hey just wanted to let you know that the mod is bugged. Foreign units do not give science, not do I get a population gain. Also the P-26 is bugged. It has a range of 0 and can not be rebased or attack. It does not require oil though, so that works. Also the UB seems to work? I have it in game and it is providing +5 science. Perhaps there's some overflow errors or something that broke in more recent patches. Please help and let me know what you find. Thanks!

How would you play this in single player? Anyway to convince the AI to put units in your borders!?!?
