Hibakushi Type 1894 Pre 1.0

Description
1894 isn't the year this was founded. It's a Japanese # word play. 1-8-9-4 can be read as Hi Ba Ku Shi. Hibakushi can be interpreted as "Firebomb".

The Hibakushi (Type 1894) Fire Fighting tank totes a small size, but a mean kick to the throat. It has a 3 speed automatic transmission and a reverse. It is rigged up with neutral steering when it's moving under 10 MPH but will transition into a more "car" like steering at faster speeds. It boasts a top speed of 44 MPH, holds 384.3 gal of fuel and has an 837 gal detachable water tank for fire fighting. It has twin 14.75 ft water guns on a full rotating turret with 54 degrees of vertical gun movement. Max range of the spray is a rough guestimation. I can go from the middle of the taxiway of one of the Sawyer Island Airfields and get the middle of the runway directly across. Most of the coverage lands on the closer "lane" of the runway thought.

Additional Features:
-3 illumination flares for night ops
-3 smoke flares to signal air support
-3 red flares as distress signals
-Plenty of External Lighting
-Video cameras mounted to the front of the hull and front of the turret (making 1st person video driving possible.)
-Lock for the tank hatch
-Free range radio
-Emergency lights

It doesn't have the best arrangement of seats, but changes and seating roles will change with the full release of the game. This originally was intended for solo playing, hence why everything can be done in one seat. Make sure to throttle into any neutral steering as it's applying your throttle value into the turn for both the clutch and throttle.

Expected additional complimentary vehicles include a refill station with extra water tanks and fuel and a helicarrier to air drop multiple 1894's into fire areas if needed.

(Correction to in turret conversion note. Water Tank Capacity is 3168.4 L, not 1461 L.)
