IW Millennium Star T4 V1

The greatest build in my history of gaming. The flag ship of the Gemstone-series.
Named after one of the largest Jager-diamonds in the world.

The goal behind this ship was to make a super carrier that serve a function in actual game play, and also be able to use on a multiplayer server without major issues. More than hundred hours are put in to it. A lot of fine tuning to keep the size class down and rendering at a acceptable level.

General deco is kept at a low level, but there is a lot of space left for increasing rp-value.
There is way more rooms than i have posted pictures of.

The carrier can fly on planets if it's not to heavy loaded, but there is no atmospheric weapons, no landing gear and it's never intended to be on a planet. It's a mobile space station.

The entire hull is made in combat steel, with extra layers under generators, core and top of the secure cockpit,

The storage system is something different than from my other vessels. There is only 5x320Ksu storage from factory. But there is a container deck that can fit up to 10 container modules with a total expansion of more than 7000Ksu storage.

If you rather prefer having all the cargo in the ship itself, there is plenty of space in the double bottom to add more extensions.

Weapons: THIS SHIP EXCEEDS THE MAX LEGAL AMOUNT OF WEAPONS!
But i figured people playing on servers that allows ships of this size usually have max block limit turned off anyway. And in single player it's usually off by default. So it's equipped with the amount i think is reasonable for a ship of this size.
Easy to just spawn in to creative scenario and remove 6 plasma/lasers and 2 rocket turrets to get below the limit.
The ship is equipped for defense and not attack.
2 Artillery turrets
12 Rocket turrets
12 Plasma turrets
4 Laser turrets
1 Multi turret (for dismantling sv/hv on the flight deck)

There is only 5 fridges, but plenty of room to add more if needed.
4 Advanced constructors
4 Small Constructors
3 Food processors
Space for adding two furnaces and one deconstructor, if you play with that allowed. Or the vanilla game will allow it in the future.

Signal logic:
My experience with complex signal logic and many motion sensors on very large ships is that they tends to stop working. So i kept it to the bare minimum, and you can expand the signal logic to it fit your needs.
Power save - turns off all the thrusters, lights, constructors, wifi, gravity gen and shield.
Hangar lights - turns on 4 large spotlights to give more light in hangar.
Defense mode - turns on all turrets except artillery
Artillery turrets - turns on artillery turrets
Motion sensors on all hangar doors, repair stations, teleporter and the lights in engine room.
If you decide to use my cargo modules, there is a lever called "hangar door override" that opens the 4 largest hangar doors, due to sitting in a cv cockpit does not trigger the motion sensors.


I have been running it as my main base on my mp server for more than a week, and so far it have been working amazing with no major lag or rendering issues. I usually have 5 small cv and one large docked, in addition to 3 hv's and 3 sv's.

When i did single player survivaltest i had 13 cv's docked and there was no problems. I was attacked by one Zirax Periot class frigate, one Sunat class corvette and 3 laser drones when i arrived after my first warp. I just let the "Millennium Star" take care of them on it's own, my shield never got under 60% during the battle. I only had "IW Black Pearl MKII" docked to the flight deck during the battle, but there was no damage to it at all.

The motto written in the hangar is borrowed from the legendary aircraft carrier "USS Enterprise" To honor the ones that serve or have served in the Navy and to keep the legend alive until the new "USS Enterprise" is launched.
