Whiterun Fence

Description
Adds a fence to The Drunken Huntsman in Whiterun who's not associated with the Thieves' Guild. He has ~1500 gold, and will buy any item you have.

Already been dun with one behind The Huntsman so probably a conflict if you already have one installed Would have been nice to have this one elsewhere but I'll sub to try it out anyway
