Updated - there's now a pipe to the ice block room from room 2. Does it allow you to get the new version yet?

Valid complaint, maybe I'll change the second room so you have to manually send the ice blocks to the cannon.

The first room was quite easy, the second happened to be bugged for me, as it didn't deliver the full amount of blocks - I think I got 9. I restarted to test if it can give more, and it gave me 15 (1 extra?) on the second try, I wasn't trying to build the shape this time, however ;p It's kind of unfair to not being able the full amount of blocks if You are giving one extra to destroy.
Anyway, the last room was the best, I thought of many different approaches that didnt work, to finally find this cunning trick ;)
Fix the middle room and its a very nice level :>
