The Unnamed Mascot Theme Park (Modding Jam Chapter Mod) [Unfinished]

Description
Hat Kid goes to The Unnamed Mascot Theme Park and it goes about as well as you'd expect.
This was my first chapter mod and jam submission, so as you might think, I bit off a bit more than I can chew. This first release includes Act 1 and 3, with more to come in the future!

Note: Despite much effort, this mod is a work in progress. Here is a list of current issues with the mod:
- Act 2, 4, 5 and 6 are unfinished.
- Finale shows up occasionally while not accessible
