Well that sounds like a "You" Problem.
The mapname is in the description. use the console to load it.
If you don't know how to enable and use the console, the FAQ tells you.

Its also possible that you didn't even get the required items which has the missionfile required to "load the map normally"

Its literally just a map with a few props, decals and walls in it.
There's nothing that can't work because you just stand there looking at things.
