This mod unlocks all item blueprints and enemies.

Some of them had a 'minimum BC requirement', in where BC is the Boss Cell or difficulty you play (BC1, BC2, BC3). for example, some of the blueprints were locked behind this requirement, that changed to BC0 for everything.
This meants you *can* obtain the blueprint, it doesn't mean you will obtain it automatically, and of course you need to use cells to unlock it as usual.

And each biome had a different enemy configuration depending on the BC played, so Prison could have:
-enemy types A, B and C for BC0
-enemy types C, B, D and E for BC1
-enemy types F, G, and H for BC3+

Now that biome will present enemies A, B, C, D, E, F, G and H, in any difficulty. So technically it won't play like BC0, BC1 or BC3, but a mix. This means the game will be harder in BC0, as more 'advanced' enemies will appear.

Update 1.1
-I give the player an extra double-up (scroll with two stats) in the starting Prison to compensate that higher level enemies appear now in BC0/1*.
-In the spirit of unlocking all content in the game, I also have unlocked the last level, the Observatory, for any BC. This change has been inspired by the mod 'New level on any difficulty' by 8Dan8. You have to jump down at the end of the throne room.

*If you think it makes the game too easy or think isn't enough, well, the game has ample ways to adjust the difficulty, from BC0 to BC5 is six difficulties so pick one higher/lower, also the custom mode has lots of neat tools to adjust number of mutators, mutators, gold, etc.
