Turrets X20 pre-V2

Description
Works with 1.3.8 and below!

Very simple mod that makes all systems give 20 times the amount of turrets and some a little more. Can be uninstalled just fine, as it will only lose the improved stats, and go back to the vanilla stats. Compatability unknown with other mods.
