Adds:

Factions:
- Freedom faction based on Stalker Equipment + CBRN Mod and CUP
- Duty faction based on Stalker Equipment + CBRN Mod and CUP
- Loner faction based on Stalker Equipment + CBRN Mod and CUP
- Bandit faction based on Stalker Equipment + CBRN Mod and CUP
- Freedom, Duty and Stalker flags (different from the original game)

Objects:
- Ruble Bills (50,100,500,1000,5000)

Sounds and Music:
- Ambience Horror Sounds (Placed either via Play Sound ot Play Music Zeus modules)
- Radio Chatter and Conversation Sounds (Placed via Play Sound Zeus module)
- Music (Placed either via Play Sound or Play Music modules)
