Edit Wands Always

Description
A simple mod that gives you the 'Edit Wands Everywhere' (known now as 'Tinker With Wands Everywhere' since 1.0) perk on game start. Because this is the way Noita is meant to be played, in my opinion.
The perk is also removed from a regular perk list in Holy Mountain to avoid duplication.

Noita is either
bypass mountain and kill Steve to return every time you want to edit wands
or
grind till you find this perk and kill Steve for gold

Great mod. Can hardly even be called a cheat as anyone can do this every game anyway once they learn to bypass holy mountain. Just saves hours and hours of pointless backtracking. Honestly should've been a basekit part of the game all along. We're here to kill, evolve, explore, and experiment not do chores.

Spent over 100 hours before finding this mod. This is the best QOL I could've asked for. Now I don't have to overthink every new wand or spell I come across and actually experiment.
