thanks for your answer, I used gimp to export to PNG format and it worked, in photoshop not, surely touch some configuration.
I'll take a look at your guide;)

If you sprayed according to my guide found in my profile, as an option, make sure each file (image) has been opened and edited in * RGB format (GIMP -> Image -> Mode -> * RGB), I don't know where in photoshop. .. contact, if something is not clear, if I have time I can make you your spray for free,

how you make an animated spray without background? i try but VTFedit puts a white background to my png frames :(
