Diplomatic Trait Alert

Description
A small utility mod that displays a notification whenever you have accumulated enough Capital to unlock a new Diplomatic Trait.

Only Works with Rising Tide.

A notification will be shown once on the turn that you have gathered enough Capital to unlock the trait, or when a save file is loaded where you have enough Capital stored to do so.

The mod can be added to or removed from existing saves, and should be compatible with any other mods, including those that make changes to the Diplo Trait System.

Known Issues:

The Mod will show a Notification when you pass the threshold required for the "next" diplomatic trait, even after you've already maxed one in each of the 4 default categories. Since this is a very minor issue, and cannot be changed without affecting mod compatibility, I will keep it as is.

Hi Ryika. Might seem like a very left of field request... however I was hoping that you might be able to build a custom mod for me for Sid Miers Beyond Earth: Rising Tide? Basically the idea is to add a "vassal" player to the game.
It would be a simple mod where:

1. An enemy you are at war with offers peace terms automatically when they only have their capital city left where they will offer to become an unending ally with you (they cannot declare war on you, but you can still declare war and wipe them out if you want) and offer to give you tribute of 25 energy, and 2 of each resource each turn. They cannot declare war on anyone.
2. If you liberate a city and bring a dead player back to life, they automatically are the same as mentioned above - an unending ally with all the same conditions.

I would like to discuss how I can provide a donation to help you to develop this mod.

This has always been a major annoyance for me, I hope the mod works well.

I kept thinking this should have been a feature for so long! I keep forgetting when I'm close.
