It’s a program that displays all the game info being logged.
Like, “farm fan is moving to tavern”, “gives Jamie a computer, gained 5 reputation points”, “talked to Mayor Max, he says this line and that line”.
The counters are 1.5 blocks high so anything put on top of them will either float in the air or be inside of it.
There’s also a rendering issue if the top is made a storage point instead. When the counter doors are closed, all storage points are de-rendered. So if anything is put on the top, it will turn invisible when the doors are closed.
