Description
Chemical King, alias Condo Arlik of Phlon, was a member of the Legion of Superheroes whose mutation allowed him to control chemical reactions.

Uses a wide variety of simpler moves, nothing too flashy. There's not really a way to translate chemical reaction control into wrestling moves but I tried to make him play as a member of older generation of wrestling before people invented "the flip".
