Utsuho Reiuji is a character from Touhou. She is an hell raven who became a vessel for a sun god and gained the power to control nuclear fusion. She is tasked with regulating the nuclear furnace in the underworld.
One day, Utsuho found herself in a devastated post-war world. Instead of finding her way out of this ruined world, she's just enjoying herself by unleashing destruction.

Weapon:

Nuclear Control Rod (New)
- Fire a piercing beam, gain 1 Spell Power when it hits. Costs 2 Mana, deals 20 dmg per shot.


Artifacts:

Tritium Fuel (New)
- Gain 1 Spell Power if idle for 2 second.

Virtue
- Restore 1 Mana if idle for 1 second.


Spells:

Mega Flare (New)
- Fire a huge bullet that deals 120 dmg + 20 dmg per Spell Power. Costs 3 Mana + 1 Jam.

Geyser (New)
- Create Flames in a cross 4 tiles away. Costs 2 Mana, deals 20 dmg on hit.

Pekay Fire
- Fire a shot that leaves a Flame on hit. Costs 1 Mana, deals 30 dmg on hit.

Skewer
- Fire a piercing laser. Costs 0 Mana + 1 Jam, deals 60 dmg on hit.

New status effect:

Irradiation
- Can't heal or gain shield for 10 seconds, existing shields are not affected.


Weapon:

Gamma Ray (New)
- Fire a piercing beam that deals dmg equal to 4 + current Mana, deals double dmg to targets that have Irradiation. Costs 0 Mana.


Artifacts:

Atomic Battery (New)
- Set Max Mana to 3 whenever you go below 3 Max Mana.

Blue Blood
- Start battles with full Mana.


Spells:

Unstable Isotope (New)
- Fully restore Mana, gain Irradiation and lose 1 MaxMana for the rest of the battle. Costs 0 Mana.

Alpha Ray (New)
- Fire three short lasers in a cone three times, applies Irradiation. Gain 1 Trinity. If Trinity is full, the spell can be recasted at 0 cost. Costs 3 Mana, deals 30 dmg on hit.

Blue Bullets
- Fire 20 shots that deals dmg equal to current Mana. Costs 1 Mana.

Reserve (New)
- Return the spell in the other slot to the back of the deck. Costs 0 Mana.
