CCR Custom Nation Version

Description
This mod has reduced unique colonial nations in order to stay under paradoxs new tag limit. Going over the tag limit causes graphical issues for custom nations. This mod will not recieve new nations like the main mod does.

no, It has not. Mostly because if I add any more tags this mod wont work.

well I am working on some special events for italy and poland, but the next update for this one will just catch it up to the main version
