100% Solar Non Starter Base
Base Can be built Lvl 5
Alpha 12

DISCLAIMER: Although this base is achievable at lvl 5 it's by no means an early starter due to the amount of Sathium required. This base is part of a solar set of BA's so unfortunately there was no room for compromise on material costs.

The Solar Retreat is a place for the player to kick back and figure out how they are going to construct -The Solar Farm & Kitchen-

This Base is part of -The Tranquility Set-

The Solar Panels can be set under the ground on planets and work fine!

1 Large Constructor
Food Processor
Fridge
2 30mm Canon Turrets

15 Solar Panels
2 Solar capacitors
O2 Tank
Storage
1 Armour Locker

I have added 1 Small Generator & a Fuel Tank as a safety precaution only!
This base is self sufficient and will run perfectly fine on solar alone
But should the Player decide to go crazy crafting or cooking this would surely drain the capacitors.

Great little base , looks nice to. I built a deck in front added 2 buildings with 27 plots each side of the steps . put the solar panels downward. Now i have a great Ripley space Base! i put that name when i spawn it on Line. Mahalo

@ShellGhost101 sorry to hear that, this and a couple of other BA's have developed stability issues. There fine if left untouched but become unstable once a block get replaced sometimes. these BA's were stable in alpha 11 but over the last couple of weeks have shown integrity problems. in creative your issue shouldn't have happened.

Tried to replace the combat steel with carbon so I could blueprint a low cost version of this I could use on PVE flagged worlds... second block I retrieved caused everything from the door up to collapse. Now I'm stuck figuring out what to do with those 5000 sathium plates I managed to grab before the ruins despawned. :steamsad:

@Tarsis Ha yes these BA's are on the expensive side...they set the bar higher and give the player plenty to do towards end game.

They are so relaxing, i like that you try to make as much windows as possible. Try to find the best spot with best view possible to set it up :)
