Description

Remake of POWCamp from the original Call of Duty. Created by MDK of the Nightmare Creations dev team (http://nmcreations.org)

This is a part of an ongoing project to port over several Call of Duty maps to the Source engine. This would not be possible without the creative minds of the old Infinity Ward team.

Dylan51, I understand your feelings with the Nazi symbol & flags. My grandfather was in the military during that time.

This map is not acting to glorify those symbols, but to embrace the facts of history. WW2 in its entirety has always been a huge interest of mine & I personally don't feel it would be right to use something else other than historically accurate symbolism. If we stray from the truth, we lose the importance of those acts of courage and heroism. I believe it is entirely respectful to tell & show the truth and not to hide from our past.

If not this one, I hope you can enjoy our other maps.

I made it a hostage map since it's a prison camp. Seemed a bit better to save the POW's than just blowing it all up lol. I'm nearly done with Carentan. There will be a closed beta testing of it with some friends as soon as I get some issues worked out, then a public release.

Wow GReat map, i played cod1.5 So much, im happy to see my favourite map again, but why di u make it hostage?, and make carentan and neuville :D
