Hello Folks,

part of a series of East-German prefab-buildings, I present you yet another asset:

Based on the common East-German prefab-standard WBS70, this 12-floor housing tower with a 4x4 footprint is commonly seen in former East-Berlin and Frankfurt (Oder).

Note that this is the Updated Version of the "WBS70 Plattenbau Hochhaus" I first released.

This Version features detailed balconies, color mapping, improved illumination and is RICO enabled.
