Description
Make sure to put this mod at the top of mod load order.

This is a cheat mod for Ikhanate(Ulus of Tolui) which does the following.

- 100% Growth Rate
- 100% Reduced building cost
- 100% Reduced build time for main settlement buildings (Cities and Forts)
- 100% Reduced recruitment cost
- 100% Increase to replenishment rate
- 100% Reduction in upkeep for all units
- 1000% Research rate

Do i put this above 4tpy? Can you make a version without the research rate? I don t want mongols to loose before even setteling but i don t want gunpowder in early game

if you load this up while armies are in encampment you cannot change stance.
