Sakuya Knife&Time SWEP (TTT)

A simple mod of 沙包's great SWEP Sakuya Knife&Time SWEP. I've added it to the Traitor shop as a unique item for TTT and altered some of its capabilities for a more balanced use in multiplayer.
Once again, full credit to the author of the original mod, 沙包.

A few changes:


The detective should be immune to the time stop so the traitor doesn't have an easy time just killing everyone through time stop alone. That's something that's still being worked on and may not work quite yet.
