Faster Matter Movers

Description
This mod speeds up matter movers 4x!

Basic one transports 4 items per tick instead of 1.
Dual one transports 8 items per tick instead of 2.
Quad one transports 16 items per tick instead of 4.
Multi one transports 128 items per tick instead of 32.

By default there are 5 "Ticks" per second.
Faster PC have more ticks, slower PC have less ticks.

There is also mod to make them cost 20x less power:
