Another Redesign of the CORE Horizon Privateer Corvette.

This version of the New Horizon forgoes the overhead hangar doors in favor of a rear HV ramp and deeper hangar area. This ship, as with the other New Horizon modification, has a place for a T3 CPU upgrade, Shield, and a second Advanced Constructor location.
