Demilitarization Peace Treaty: Players Only

This mod adds the 'Demilitarize' peace treaty to peace deals. To use the treaty you must have over 75 legitimacy or its equivalent (republican tradition, meritocracy..., what have you). Upon using this treaty the targeted country will:

• have their military reduced to a force limit of 1
  
• have their army's moral effectively destroyed
  
• be unable to reinforce their army
  
• have troublesome attrition modifiers

for five years.

If during those five years they are attacked and are losing miserably, they may choose between upholding their agreement and betraying it for the sake of their country.

Additionally, during their time being demilitarized, they may decide to look towards stabilizing their country or attempt to use this time to secretly improve their military tech.

The AI cannot use this peace option as well
