TC-3 Mobile Telescopic Crane

Description
Just a random survival piston crane using the new hinges. Features a telescoping boom and deployable stabilisers.

Has a custom script for "WASD QE Space C" control for the arm, make sure to take off the rotor lock first!!! (Hotbar slot 4)

Also has a custom script for keeping the vertical piston "rope" actually vertical, use hotbar 3 to deploy and 2 to store.

I've included these instructions on the cockpit LCDs.
