SV Spike - Agile armed, shielded fighter, UL12/T3

I should have called this "Tunnel Rat". I designed it to be as small as possible to fit into tunnels so I can attack shielded bases from underground despite my demanding requirements for an SV. That's why it doesn't have any pretty cosmetic things like wings.

• Added 4 RCS to improve yaw rate
  
• Moved two forward facing thrusters that were obscured internally onto the outside
  
• Increased storage from 1650 SU to 4215 SU
