Darker, more turbulent clouds.

I've no real experience with that mod or weather system, but seeing as though Sullen Skies mainly changes cloud formation I don't see why not.

I'm just discovering your work after you posted the ambient animals for Kujari mod, very impressive!

Just a quick question does Sullen skies works well with the Antistasi ultimate weather system?

Mutambara is compatible with Sullen Skies for Altis, Stratis, Malden. ;-)

Regarding the other requests, my M2 is maxed out and I don't have the space to download JBAD which is required for the the other two maps, sorry.
