Solar Panel - Vertical

Description
This variation of the classic solar panel makes it be able to be placed sideways. Handy when doing mortars or other weapons that take up space on the roof.

This mod adds one device: the vertical solar panel.

Vertical Solar Panel:
250 metal, 1500 energy
35 energy production

Credit to RobberFox for the impressive sprite. Do not copy anything from this mod without permission.
