Here is my Fanatec F1 2019 Podium wheel / v3.-pedals setups calibrated.

Important! For your wheel adjust Sensitivity : 540.

My personal additional recommendations: Force Feedback: 40. Force effect: 90. Natural damper: 50.
Rest can be 100.

Adjust your braking pedal mechanical setup at least position 2. for better feedback.

Had problem with DRS activation with higher braking-pedal mechanical feedback.
So if you still have this kind of problem then just add more braking deadzone.
