Lifeboat Quick Deployment System "BUOY" MK.2 (FIXED!!!)

This was originally created by https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/id/WH1T3_No1SE and after updates they caused this to not work and so I took the liberty in fixing it all up by taking the old Buoy and making a new casing for it from scratch going off of the old one. The logic is quite different and I removed the auto parachute but am hoping to add that back in in the future. All in all I hope you all enjoy this being usable again.

How to install into your vehicle, Step by step:
1.Load creation of your choosing.
2.Select "grid selection tool" in upper right corner of screen
3.Load Buoy sub-assembly using toolbar on the left, last button on the bottom
4.Move Buoy into place where you want it ( Do not flip it using "U", "I" or "O" keys! it will break the engines! You can 5.rotate is using "J", "K" and "L" keys.)
6.Paste it
7.Select Merge tool and merge outer schell of deploy assembly to the creation
8.Select selection tool and swich to electric mode, then connect one of medium batteries in the back of the assembly to the ships main power source/battery.
9.Done! Its ready to use!
