Better Hunting Towers

Description
Adds buildable hunting towers for hunting and better base defense

The hunting tower mesh itself was already a part of the game. I merely:
-Changed the material type to wood make it look more natural
-Enlargened the building to make it useful
-Made it so animals can go onto it to avoid hunting exploitation
-Added Research for the building
-Made it buildable by a player faction

Researched but can't find it in the build menu. What category should it be under?

@Teirdalin I inted to expand on this idea more for a full hunting/scavenging modpack. Just figured I'd put this out since I've been using it for myself and the game doesnt really have something like it yet. As it stands though, the lack of specialization of the building does indeed make it a bit subpar I agree.

You know, you could make a pretty fun mod by expanding upon the design to make different designed towers and structures out of the parts.
