Description

IBB Student housing Complex by Jerenable

Includes 2 buildings 1 of wich is only the tower and the other one being the tower with the lower buildings.

Includes XML files for use with plopable RICO, if installed the building can be found under Highres. If the mod is not installed it is a unique building and can be found under that tab. (just install find it or smt)

Building is in brutalist style and was build in 1967.

Is there anyway that this could be made into actual student housing with the Campus DLC? The instant I seen this building, all I could think of Was creating a campus similar to the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities campus.

It is beyond gorgeous. I love the look of integration into the landscape.
