I'm confused...does this make it so everyone starts with no tech and you have to research it? Have not played the game in ages and am reinstalling it and looking through some mods.

It won't be possible to shatter the 1936 world without combining many smaller regions together like was done with most island and smaller nations in the 2020 shattered world map to stay within the 255 region cap

By anyways, i just want to ask you....

It is possible to have the shattered nation , probably not all of them, but most of them, under the nation ( USA USSR CHINA FRANCE ITALIA etc ...) the shattered once in 1936 ?
