Less Food Consumption

Description
This mod changes the food consumption for both pops and armies by allot. The food required now per pop type is less, same goes for the armies.

The mod is awesome for growing large cities but it prevents most units from being recruited (causes them to require 500K manpower instead of 500), and caps total manpower at 1360ish, and prevents any more than 10-12 manpower per month.

Same problem as me, decided to make a mod about the issue, finds that someone else did the same thing as me.
