Description
Tar Pit was the younger brother of a drug lord who discovered that he could project himself into inanimate objects. His spirit became stuck in a heap of asphalt, and Tar Pit was born.

Uses a heavily modified Plasmus moveset. More adapted for a giant's playstyle.
