A usable Playermodel and NPC of Monsoon from Metal Gear Rising: Revengence, w/ player hands

This is my first port of a model, it was irritating due to Monsoons model being 35 separate meshes, so they're may be some small mesh or skeleton errors but I believe I worked them out to the best of my ability.
