Criminally Insane Island

Description
A profitable island prison with only criminally insane inmates. It seems that there is still a problem with criminally insane inmates not being able to have parole and sometimes with them not being assigned solitary cells despite them being free. Events, extra escape methods and dynamic reputations turned on.

Amazing small map. Looks nice. Easy to keep an eye over and if needed nice small decorational changes. :approved::glory:
